Our Community Mission

AUXMentis is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where parents, caregivers, and families can share experiences, find resources, and support each other in their mental health journeys. These guidelines help ensure our community remains a positive space for everyone.

Be Respectful and Compassionate

Treat all community members with kindness and understanding. Remember that everyone is on their own unique journey with mental health challenges.

Protect Privacy

Never share personal information about yourself or others. Respect confidentiality and maintain appropriate boundaries in all interactions.

Support, Don't Diagnose

Offer emotional support and share experiences, but never attempt to diagnose conditions or provide medical advice. Always encourage professional consultation.

Constructive Communication

Keep discussions constructive and helpful. Avoid arguments, personal attacks, or inflammatory language that could harm the supportive environment.
